OHIO ADVOCATES ATTEND PREVENT BLINDNESS 9TH ANNUAL

Columbus, OH (July 7, 2014) – Prevent Blindness representatives, Rick Bunner (Zanesville), Kathleen McGinnis (Worthington) and Sherry Williams (Columbus), served as the Ohio Affiliate’s delegates to the 9th annual “Eyes on Capitol Hill” campaign in Washington, D.C. on June 19th. They joined Prevent Blindness delegates from across the country to meet with Congressional leaders and their staff to discuss vision care issues.
Thanks to the offices of Senators Sherrod Brown and Rob Portman and Representatives Pat Tiberi, Steve Stivers, David Joyce and Tim Ryan for their interest in learning more about eye health and safety issues that affect their constituents.
